Heres how the process works from start to finish:

Step 1: You complete the form on the "Contact" page, ensuring you let me know what kind of editing you are looking to have done to your photo.

Step 2: I will reply back, usually within 24 hours or less, and ask you to email the image (This lets you know who your sending your photo to, as well as give me the opportunity if necessary to request more guidance on the edit you are requesting)
I will also give you an approximate time of completion and availability of the newly enhanced image during that time.

Step 3: I complete the edit, upload it to a private gallery on the password protected "Client Proofing" area of the website. I then email you to notify completion of the image and you are given the gallery password.

Step 4: You view the image, verify you are happy with the edit and purchase your enhanced image by clicking on the "Buy" button. (If you are not satisfied with the edit you may request an adjustment at no additional cost as long as it was in your original edit request)

There are no upfront or hidden fee's. You purchase after you view and are satisfied with your final product.
